Curaspan’s clinical team has years of practice in social work and case management, and they help our customers optimize discharge planning workflows, read and analyze reports and share best practices. They offer regular account check-ins for the duration of your contract – regardless of length – and assist with post-go live utilization to enhance your Curaspan investment.

Our skilled implementation team includes dedicated project managers who guide customers through the technical logistics of Curaspan implementations. Project managers handle the technical set up, address any roadblocks and keep the team updated with the project status and critical dates.

Successful care transitions happen when your post-acute community is engaged and online. A dedicated network development manager serves as the liaison between the hospital and its key providers, educating the post-acute community on the benefits of joining your online network. Even after you begin using the application, the network development team continues to identify potential new referral sources and monitors application utilization.

To ensure that every user is ready to use the application right away, we offer on-site training sessions and live support. After implementation, our customer support team can answer any day-to-day administrative or technical questions.  Additionally,  users have access to an extensive online resource center, computer-based training modules and regularly scheduled complimentary training webinars.
