Clinical Expertise. Former directors of case management, discharge planners and social workers are integral members of the Curaspan team – and our clients’ organizations. Curaspan clinical account executives (CAEs) work alongside our technical experts to ensure that our products meet the exacting needs of providers. CAEs also provide ongoing account-management support, serving as a primary point of contact to assist with training, establishing post-launch best practices and assisting with data analysis.

Workflow Redesign. Before deploying an application at a hospital, a CAE works with department staff to analyze its existing workflow and identify opportunities for significant time and cost savings. Based on a client’s specific needs, goals and priorities, the CAE then designs a customized workflow that not only automates much of the manual, labor-intensive tasks in the patient-transition process, but ensures optimal use of the platform and applications, for best results.

Network Building. Curaspan clients experience better outcomes as more providers participate in the secure, bi-directional communication and collaboration networks that Curaspan powers. Using a time-tested methodology, our network development managers help hospitals migrate their post-acute providers online to drive more efficiency, more productivity and more timely placements that result in better care. The result is a connected universe of participants – ranging in size from several providers to several hundred connected organizations – in which communication is streamlined; data is more accurate and complete; and that data, or business intelligence, makes for better decision-making that leads to still more good outcomes. The more networks grow, the more valuable they become.
